STERILIZING & DEPYROGENATING TUNNELS

STERIPAK Sterilizing & Depyrogenating Tunnels are used for in-line continuous depyrogenation of Glass Vials & Ampoules.


STERIPAK Tunnels guarantee better than Class 100 conditions and a minimum endotoxin reduction of log.

STERIPAK - STANDARD FEATURES

• Self supporting main structure, motor, chains, pulleys etc.: in Mild Steel painted/powder coated sections.

• (Optional: S.S. 304 Construction)

• HEPA filter modules for Drying, Cooling and Stabilizing Zones: in S. S. 304 (Mat finish) construction.

• Sterilizing Zone: in S.S. 304 (Mat finish)with asbestos free insulation

• HEPA filter protective grills: in S.S. 304 (Mat finish) construction.

• Side panels: in S.S. 304 (Mat finish) construction.

‘STERIPAK’ STERILIZING & DEPYROGENATING TUNNEL

Drives: Electrical drive motor with frequency converter for conveyor belt controlled by the container contact switch at the tunnel infeed.
Transport arrangement: Through Horizontal loop conveyor. Lateral guidance by means of vertical slats on both sides of the conveyor belt. Diaphragm at the end of the cooling zone to separate the Filling and Washing areas.
Control Devices: A central control panel with programmable logic controller (PLC) and Panel View HMI which can be connected to a 80 column dot matrix printer.
The operator friendly console provides the user to view on the monitor, the process/cycle in progress, alarms, and also key in variable parameters for individual cycles using soft touch key pad.
